Side road Perth .Tracks are rough, drive a pickup or SUV for better clearance close to the turn to go into Huntley Basically this is BOTH deeded land and a long term lease. The sellers own 4.81 acres which is deeded to their name. The railroad owns and has leased approx 15 additional acres to them on a 5 year lease. This lease is renewable for a small fee and possibly able to be bought. The land is contiguous and very close to Huntley. I didn't find any restrictions at all. To get to it off Great Northern there is a small turn in that goes over the RR tracks down to the property. Look at the map in the attachments. Where you drive across the tracks more gravel is needed to make that more accessible. The land is sub irrigated not tested for an approved septic. I don't think it is buildable.
